Accessing the practice
Our surgery is accessible for disabled patients.
Our Medical Centre has been adapted to provide easy access for our patients with a range of disabilities.
If you need any help accessing the building or using the facilities, please ask a member of staff on reception who will be happy to help you.
We have fully compliant facilities, including disabled toilets and inductions loops. Please ask our reception staff further details or contact us online for any queries you may have.
Out of Hours and Emergencies
Badger service covers us when we are closed. Please call on 0300 555 9999
Alternatively 111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones. Badger number is 0300
In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
Extended Access
Along with our usual opening hours, we offer our patients extended access appointments at evenings and weekends. These are available at our local SDS MyHealthcare Hubs and our local hub is Fernley Medical Centre, To book an extended access appointment, please speak to one of our receptionists.
